NIFTEM, located in kundli, haryana, is an independent university operating under the De-novo classification and an autonomous institution overseen by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. It serves a diverse range of stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, industries, policymakers, government agencies, and existing institutions in the food sector.

As one of the youngest guest speakers, I had the honor of sharing my vision for Smart Cities, expressing my expectations from the government, and presenting my perspective on the crucial role of Smart People in the successful planning of a Smart City.
I delivered a compelling presentation on the Educational Development Model, highlighting the importance of fostering active leadership through participation and collaboration. The audience responded with enthusiasm, and the media focused on my valuable recommendations provided to government authorities.
On 20th December 2019, the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, organized a workshop titled "Role of Intellectual Property Rights for Start-ups with special focus on Geographical Indications." As an invited speaker, I provided insights from a startup founder's perspective, discussing the challenges faced by startups and offering potential solutions. Additionally, I emphasized the importance of startups following a systematic approach to comply with government regulations, particularly in the food industry.
The objectives of the Workshop:
1: Significantly raise the level of awareness and interest/knowledge about IPR Issues.
2: To understand the issues and challenges faced by the entrepreneurs.
3: To sensitize participants and students as to how to inculcate a business idea.
4: To fill the Academia-Industry interface and reap benefits arising out of the protection of intellectual property.
FOSTIIMA, an MBA School in South Delhi, invited me to share strategies, processes, and execution mechanisms to enhance the visibility of a professional institute within its target segment. The objective was to create an internal leadership funnel that would ensure sustainable results and attract high-quality candidates who can be successfully trained during the course. In today's competitive landscape, professional institutes strive to secure promising students who can become success stories.
I had the opportunity to interact with an enthusiastic group of individuals, where I discussed the corporate approach to problem-solving and shared insights on how a professional institute can establish its brand. The session covered various aspects such as generating more admission leads, becoming a preferred college among prospective candidates, reaching out to a wider audience, sharing success stories, and increasing event participation. The participants actively contributed innovative ideas and collaboratively developed strategies and execution plans for the upcoming year. It was an engaging and educational experience for everyone involved.

I was invited by IIFT, Delhi to their annual cultural & Sports mega event as Chief Guest. The event was divided into two parts:
1. Selection of “Miss Campus Princess” in association with Miss India Organization.
2. Awarding “Sports winner College” held among all premium MBA institutes like IIMs, ISB and other MBA schools.
The interaction was vibrant and filled with energy, passion, enthusiasm, and a touch of fashion. I had the privilege of engaging with and awarding the finalists of the "Miss Campus Princess" organized by Mission India Organization. Witnessing their electric and determined dreams was truly inspiring, and I gained valuable insights from the experience. The audience responded positively to my thoughts on pursuing one's dreams, making it a well-received and appreciated session.
